Main laws of the year 2015 - ENACTED

The main laws in the financial sector have been approved and are to come into effect as soon as these are published in the Official Gazette.

• Law on amendment and completion of certain legislative documents no. 71 of 12.04.2015;
• Law on the state budget for year 2015 no. 72 of 12.04.2015;
• Law on state social insurance budget for year 2015 no. 73 of 12.04.2015;
• Law on compulsory medical insurance funds for year 2015 no. 74 of 12.04.2015;

Law on amendment and completion of certain legislative documents no. 71 of 12.04.2015, which approves the budgetary fiscal policy for year 2015, comes into effect on 1 May 2015

Law on state social insurance budget for year 2015 came into effect on 12 April 2015, date of its adoption.

Law on the state budget for year 2015 and Law on compulsory medical insurance funds for year 2015 come into force as of today, 28 April 2015, date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
